Price was misleading

The room was quiet.

I was not informed there would be a required $50 "deposit" after I had already paid for the room in full. Had I known that, I would have booked a room elsewhere.

Only reason I didn't give it a 10 was when checking in the gentleman behind the counter was not helpful and I felt like I was an interruption by checking in. I had a reservation but when I spoke with others the following day they went out of their way to assist. All of them, except this one grumpy older man.

Everything except for the initial check in.

It was very clean and smelled like heaven in the room of spacious.

I am mentally and physically disabled and I told them that and the guy at 4:00 a.m. did not check my ID but still let me in my bedroom and they called the police because they overbooked the hotel they told me the day before that they would grandfather me in to the rated 72 dollars if I didn't do it with booking and the next morning I went to pay for it and I said that they had a big conference in their books well that was like 11:15 they wanted me out by 12:00 I'm disabled how am I going to bathe myself put my makeup on and do what I need to do in 45 minutes when I cannot feel my hands you know there have a spinal injury I just got my C5 C6 and c7 replaced so it takes about 13 hours for my hands and lens to work it was very inconvenient they kept calling on the phone and literally they called the police to have me escorted off and that's wrong never my life I've been so embarrassed they were wrong they were the ones that messed up you know I was humiliated and for the entire next three days I was in a frenzy because I had anxiety and panic attack you know I shouldn't have to physically and mentally suffer because they made a mistake I honestly want my money back if there's any possible way you can refund my money or half of my money I will be happy because I am still upset for the way that I was treated when it was their mistake I've never ever had a hotel complain about me or I've never acted out of character I've never anything I am mentally physically disabled in June I was kidnapped and tortured 5 days I told him this and that I am suffering from tourette's because of it you know and I was suing the Hilton they still did not check my ID at 4:00 in the morning the whole reason why I was tortured in my life almost taken by being raped sodomized and bashing the head for an hour and a half with the Smith break is unknown but I survived I would have thought they would ask for ID and put notes in the computer about my situation...
