- Horrible smell from the sinks, you had to keep the bathroom doors closed to keep the smell away from the rooms.
- Humming noises (electrical pumps?) in the rooms, which was annoying. The area was quite calm and the windows thick enough, but the noise came from the inside and the hallways.
- The hotel tries to give beach and spa impression online, but there are so many kids, that its impossible to really chill here. The hotel is just not build as a family hotel for kids, since there is no playground, no extra kids pool or entertainment for kids. As a result, you have kids snorkeling in the small 3x3 m jacuzzi in the spa area and kids using waterguns at the outside pool. Screaming and laughter in the hallways has a really loud echo, since there is no carpet or decoration. This is a general problem of the building, you hear people talking and laughing an the reception even from the other corridor of the hotel. I dont have a problem with kids, but this hotel isnt build as a family hotel and you just feel like in a white kindergarden without proper toys and playgrounds.
- Spa area not cozy
- Breakfast was good, dinner was only ok and the atmosphere was canteen like. I wouldnt book dinner again. The breakfast / dinner room is a big white hall without any decoration or plants, semi in the basement, giving you the feeling of a gym hall or a hostel. Its really loud and busy.
- You had to pay 20 deposit for the beach towels and 5 for every cleaning. Since the sunbeds outside are really dirty, your towel is dirty after a day at the pool too. So you have to pay 5 for each towel for cleaning? They better use that money to clean outside. I told the reception that its horrible concept, but she just said yeah well. I have never experienced a 3 or 4 star hotel that wants extra money for cleaning towels. Again - hostel vibes.
