The hotel is clean and comfortable, good location, convenient to walk around the old district.
I booked 2 twin rooms (breakfast included) for me and my family (4 guests), somehow booking.com only informed them there was 1 guest (why would I need 2 rooms then?!), so they insisted to only provide 2 breakfasts instead of 4. I tried to negotiate as we really had 4 guests at the check-in counter. But they pushed all the responsibility to booking.com and not being flexible (provide their service according to the customer's needs). I am very disappointed.
