    Great stay enjoyed our time here to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary
    Located a short walk from all the wedding venues in Gretna near the train station and motorway. Outlet village also accessible by foot. Don't need to use the car and large car park. Breakfast good cereal, fruit and full Scottish/variations included. Room was warm and shower hot. Food can be ordered in bar and restaurant and is very nice. Staff friendly and nice atmosphere.
    Our room was above kitchen and extractor fans are quite noisy they were tuned off about 10.30/11pm but came back on at 7am

    Very welcoming room was fresh and very clean
    Our room was freezing when we arrived put radiator on stayed chilly all night and in morning 5 30am heating completely off so was cold from arriving too leaving

    Staff in the mornings could have communicated better. There was some confusion with table seating/placements. And felt we got the blame for it when there was some misunderstanding.

    Best dog friendly hotel weve stayed in.
    Beds were very comfortable, food was excellent staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff made our little dog very welcome. Would recommend and come back again
