The room was so beautiful and comfortable

The customer service day and night shift were awful. Oh and the parking fee bothered me a lot. It already costs a lot to park around Denver and they charge over $250 for security deposit and cant even let customers park for free. The elevator was scary.

We were very happy with Sonesta Denver Downtown and plan to come back.

We liked that our room was very modern.

There were't any drawers for our clothes.

The room was a nice size

The amount charged and then to have to pay for parking I will never stay at another Sonesta again! Totally not worth the amount and then to turn around and be charged for parking.
