The terror at 14th & Curtis

Friendly front desk.

Dirty room, broken toilet that took them 12 hours to come take care of. No discount or help. Never recognized as a HH member. I will not stay here again.

Exceptional

Location. Walked to ball arena. Shopping. Restaurants. Parking garage was nice. The crazy themes throughout the entire place and the lobby decor was fun. Front desk staff were excellent. Will be back for sure. Thank you !!!!!

Disappointing

Location

Hard bed, flat pillow. Hot water fluctuated from lukewarm to scalding about every 5 minutes. The plumbing would periodically vibrate loudly all hours of the day. The elevators are horribly slow.

Good location for getting to the theater, or Ball Arena

Cookies! Hot fresh cookies!! The floors all decorated individually are fun!

We stayed right off the elevator. Thats a pretty noisy place.

Great location

This is a good location, in a walkable area with pretty much anything you need nearby. The themed floors are also really cool.

Parking is kinda expensive. I also was not able to get a room on the floor I had requested. There was a bit of garbage left behind in the room from the guest before us, but nothing too gross/dirty.
