    Super fun, family friendly destination in the Bay!
    Clean, safe, and pleasant environment. My kids loved our stay, especially the indoor hot tub and pool! Right across the street from shops and restaurants at Bay Street, you cant beat the location. We will definitely stay again the next time were in the bay.
    My only complaint is our room didnt have a microwave and the shower floor was slippery for the kids.

    Beautiful View, very spacious room.
    Couch was a bit saggy, the restaurant needs a menu thats posted not just one printed out. They also need to be placed in the rooms for convenience. Also the restaurant looks so empty every time. They need something to make people come downstairs to enjoy it.

    View of bay not as expected as the highway was right out of the window. Restaurant and bar were not open and was one of the reasons we booked there.

    The experience is not worth the price. Stay at the Hyatt House instead.
    The view of the bridge.
    Lacking security with so many car brake ins happening in the area. The king size bed was very hard and I could not connect my game to the tv so my partner and I would have something to do because the tv only had 36 channels or so and its not a smart tv so no connecting apps to watch your favorite shows. The Sonesta has fallen very far from grace since the days its was the courtyard Marriott. I would not stay here ever again. Oh, and the staff seemed very uninterested in helping me when I had questions so the whole atmosphere fit together with the terrible experience. If you are staying in emeryville, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, do not stay here. A few other hotels in the same area have a view of the bay as well.

    Wasn't there long enough. I
    Thfalse advertisment, no hot tub, phone didn't work, Internet didn't work, signs that said quiet time, no breakfast, a deposit more than 4 times the other rates. Oh and an email that told me all the stuff I wouldn't get. And no response when I asked to cancel. I want a full refund for that miserable three hours

    Convenient place to stay.
    The room space is large enough for 4 of folks. Besides, you can see the SF-Oakland bay bridge through the window in the room.
    Free parking is not available.
