Excellent customer service, arrived about 3:30 pm for a 5:00pm check in so went into the Reception to find out which areas of the site we could take our dog in whilst waiting to check in, however we were told we did not have to wait as caravan was already cleaned and available. Given precise location and directions by the lovely member of staff as to where the caravan was and the parking allocated to the caravan.

Location was excellent close to all we wanted to see. Caravan was spotless and very well equipped. Check in was simple and staff were lovely. Would book again and bring more of the family next time. Fantastic

Immaculately clean chalet - particularly considering it was available for pets.
Dishwasher was a nice surprise, as was TVs in every room.
Large shower with overhead rose and separate shower hose was very convenient.
Could have a little more seating in the club house.

I liked how clean it was and the lady that greeted us was very nice it was simple an easy to find our caravan an the other residents was lovely
The first thing that quite upset me was how rude a young lady that worked in the park was when I approached her to let her know the arcade machine had swallowed my money an wasnt working she didnt even let me finish my sentence before she rudely interrupted me an said they cant open the machines to get the money out but when I asked to speak to the manager they got my money out straight away. I didnt like that it said Wi-Fi included with our stay but there was none unfortunately and lastly how uncomfortable the beds was.

Standard of van was much higher than expected
Described as Bronze standard buf yhd van was in very good order with everything and more than rxpected with fridge freezer and Dish washer
Some courtesy items like dish washer capsules spare bin bags etc
