My home in Shanghai

I loved the location of the Hotel! It is literally a walking distance to so many different places, restaurants, cafes, shopping stores, as well as accessibility to the metro if you wish to go even further. I loved the staff! All of them! From the reception staff, the room service staff, restaurant staff to the cleaning staff. They were all friendly and extremely helpful for the whole of my stay which was almost 2 weeks! I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Shanghai again!

That I could not stay longer and had to return back home.

Should select this place

Breakfast is very good, variety and delicious. Staff are very kind and good service even though the conversation is stuff due to the language but overall is very good. Location is near metro that can walk and near the attraction place.

The hotel is not new but there are not interrupt for the staying.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, friendly people nice breakfast restaurant.

The breakfast variety and standard of food was very good, rooms were serviced daily daily bathroom linen changed, bed linen not changed however bed made each day and linen will be changed if requested. Daily pre bed shower made it ok for the 7 days stay. Bathroom and shower facilities very good. Beds were very comfortable. Location was ok but would have liked to be nearer/at the BUND. Stayed on the 14th floor so little to no noise. Hotel check in and out efficient .

We had a fantastic stay, such a great location and price. The staff were super helpful.

The location is just perfect to get to all the key sights. We had the family room for two adults and a teenager and there was enough room for us all. The bathroom was nice and big. The staff were super helpful and booked some activities for us. There is free coffee in the foyer. There is a laundry on level 2 and the washing powder is all included so you dont need to go out and get any.

The only thing is the gym doesnt open till 9am and my husband wanted to get in some exercise before our day activities.
