Good

The staff were very friendly especially the staff at breakfast. The location is close to Disney and has a bus to Disney that stops out the front.

Our room was near the front as was very noisy with road noise. While the breakfast was good it would have been good to have a few more options We stayed on New Years Eve and felt a bit unsafe when we could hear fireworks and guns being shot. .

Perfect location, clean and comfortable room

The beds are comfy, room had everything needed, proximity to Disneyland and transport is great. It feels clean and safe.

Road noise and neighbor noise very loud; rooms are poorly sound insulated

Very good

Clean and tidy hotel

The property is super close to Disney and restaurants. The place looked clean from the outside and rooms were up to expectations. Staff was nice and very polite.

There was a smell that was lingering as soon as we walked in but after a day it was gone. The sheets were clean but I did find a hair or two. Overall it was a nice decent hotel. I would recommend staying here.

Disappointing

No where near the money I paid for the room.

Nothing, it was a glorified motel.

So many things, no lamps in the room, the pillows were horrible, bed wasnt comfortable, the towels were like sandpaper, the wooden shutters had to be closed because if you slightly opened them, they completely opened and everyone walking by could see you in bed.

Location is great, hotel itself is mid

Location is great, we were spending two days at Disney and the walk there was very simple and quite close! They also have info for the shuttle if you prefer that. The proximity to Disney was the best part of this stay. We also went to San Diego for a day and that drive was pretty easy from here. Our last day we went to Santa Monica and hung out on the beach, and that was also fairly easy to get to. Love how centrally located to things this hotel is.

Towels are super scratchy and bedding was not cozy or very warm. We lucked out with 70 degree weather in December, but I know it gets cooler especially at night and the bedding lacked any sort of warmth. We hung the sign asking for maid service two days in a row and no one cleaned. I understand they normally only clean every other day but we wanted some extra towels and our soap dispenser was absolutely empty from the start. Thats the only reason we asked for service, and then it was disappointing to never even get service when explicitly asking for it.

Decent stay! I would recommend it if you're on a budget.

I liked the inclusion of breakfast, and the selection was good. The kids loved the make your own waffle option. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were hot. The room looks like the pictures.

You can hear your neighbors through the walls and cars passing by. Also, there was someone both nights bumping loud music in the parking lot, not the hotels fault, but this may be an issue if you're a light sleeper. It is a 20-25 minute walk from Disney and a 5 minute $10 uber ride.
