    We always stay in this hotel when we are in Genova. Any view is a good view here! rooms are modern and super clean, with good showers and plenty of hot water. very quiet at night and very conformable beds. personnel is very nice and professional. our favorite feature is the breakfast: it offers an incredible variety of products (especially sweets ...) in a very nice and spacious room. the location is perfect, you walk 5 minutes to via XX Settembre and Via San Vincenzo.

    the hotel location is great very near to brignole train and metro station, and also a walking distance to the lively street reaching to piazza de ferrari. the room is big and huge compared to any other hotels. the hotle is classic old style but its nice.
    unfortunately, the AC system was not working since its winter, it was really hot in the room and we were unable to sleep, so the staff were kind enough to help to open the safety sealed windows for air breeze, however mosquitos filled the room and we had many bites.

    Perfect postion, appealing lobby area, but the less so room.
    Location: just perfect. Also, the building is a modern and elegant skyscraper. The gym is small but neat. The reception area is very good.
    The shower was cold. I suspect the problem was with the tap, but the result was that we could not have a good shower.

    Expensive and old hotel
    Really expensive place to be with a dog. Small dog who dont make any damages cost 35 - that is quite high. 2022 they wrote that they dont take a fee for the dog - well now they take. Parking is with extra fee. So in total really expensive place to stay. - dont recommend. Better take an airbnb apartment. Breakfast is really small choices, didnt have any vegetables (tomato or cucumber). The interior is really old. The desk in our room was about to collapse. Old interior.

    I booked the rooms for our crew and they fully enjoyed it, especially the beds. They loved the breakfast, and said staff was very assistive, polite and professional. Nearby train station, lovely area around hotel. Overall great experience and would recommend this hotel.

    Conveniently located across the street from Brignole Station. The renovated rooms are bright and clean.Good breakfast. Grand ground floor,with lots of seating options to sit with visiting friends
    Windows don't open. Blocked drain at shower innondeted the bathroom.
