    For a 4* hotel, could do better.
    Superb location, comprehensive buffet breakfast, convenient parking.
    Impossible to control the room temperature. As breakfast was served until 10:30 on Sunday, we were admonished by a waitress for turning up at 10:00 on Monday despite no relevant information in the bedroom.

    It is a bit weird but every single tea was either herbal or without caffeine. More decaf than normal coffee.

    The amazing facility made our stay Genoa one of the highlights of our three-week trip!
    Genoa is a great city. The location of the hotel was great. It was a four star facility as advertised. The breakfast was great. The staff was superb and they exceeded my expectations. The concierge was very helpful and went out of her way to help me!
