Superb

Modern apartment well equipped on the first floor of a building in a quite area. We intended using the equipped kitchen, but the restaurant and bars in town are good that we ate out almost every day. the staff were very hospitable, kind and always available, also kept stored the luggage after check-out. The apartment is highly recommended.

Easy access to the airport if you have a car

Air conditioning totally useless. Suspended above the entrance door, completely without effect for the living part of the room. Crazy, unventilable heat in the room in August. Edit : Dear Stay365 Team, we're sorry we had to give you such a rating. There was no intention to intentionally harm anyone. We just had a hell of a time spending one night here at Stay365. The main and major problem was the air conditioning in the room. No one is saying it was noisy. It wasn't. But it was unable to cool the room to a tolerable level so that we could sleep comfortably. It didn't provide the much needed and desired cooling of the room, it didn't perform the function it was in the room for. Neither after half an hour, nor after an hour, nor after two hours of operation did the temperature in the room drop, even though we had set the temperature low. The performance of the air conditioner was very, very poor and in addition it was hung above the front door, around the corner and very far from the bed, so its weak airflow was completely useless and for crying out loud. It was very hot outside and doubly hot in the room with the poorly working air conditioner. We didn't sleep all night until the morning departure. There was no sleep. You write: "You should have informed us of the problem." But we didn't know when or who. We arrived late in the evening, a helpful young man was waiting for us at the reception, for which we were grateful, he showed us everything and then went home as he deserved. When we found out that the room could not be cooled, no one from the Stay365 Team was available. And we left early the next morning. Even at that point, no one from the Stay365 Team was still available. We wanted to stay close to the airport before we left. For obvious reasons. Thank you for your understanding. Yours sincerely.
