The ambiance the villa is ultimate and the care take there is a awesome guy his name is satish if am not wrong. good cooking we enjoyed at the fullest I will rate them very high good service and always with a smile

1. Rooms offered were entirely different from the rooms described and shown in website. Offered rooms were given to other group of guests. 2. Shared occupancy with other tenants. We were informed that other tenants will occupy different floor. But all 4 rooms were in ground floor, which was an inconvenience for us as well as for them too. 3. Rs.1000/- rent alone demanded for Barbecue grill stand. Other properties charge only for the food and not for the grill stand. 4. Exterior furniture's available for only 1 group of guests. 5. No toiletries available in washrooms. 6. EC flush handle not working. 7. Water geyser not working properly. 8. Rooms doesn't have electric water kettle or drinking water, glass etc. 9. Breakfast offered with limited menu. 10. Unwelcoming and lethrgic care taker. 11. No TV in rooms. 12. No door key available for 1 room. Room cannot be closed from outside. Safety and security issue. 13. Vehicle parking limited space.
