    We had expected a Adult Only stay, but there was children, who ran around as in a family hotel
    Clean and nice food and the staff in the restaurant, etc., and a nice spa/hamam
    It is NOT a Adult Only hotel, because we saw minimum 3 children during our stay!

    Enjoyed our stay, entertainment was good. Food was disappointing and sometimes cold
    Would have liked breakfast to be more varied, ie bacon , sausages, the beans were watery, dinner was very repetitious,
    A number of people we met got sick stomachs after eating in restaurant over a number of days

    Fabulous stay. Loved the hotel. Entertainment every night. Great bands and DJs.
    Food was lovely. Great choices. Could be hotter but people did not close the lids after serving themselves which didnt help. Staff were brilliant especially Mehmet who seemed to be everywhere! Had fab meal in the A La Carte Restaurant for partners 70th birthday and the staff decorated the table, baked a special cake and sang Happy Birthday and hotel gave a gift. Lovely experience.
    Food could be a bit hotter. Some items lukewarm.

    Help from reception manager when we decided to leave ailier. They agreed to reimburse, allowed us late departure. Were helpful.

    a very well managed adult all inclusive hotel in Alanya
    + The hotel is generally very well upkept and managed + the hotel, pool area, , daily room cleaning + professional, attentitive staff + buffet food was abundant, with big variety and quality. + room was comfy, with a very comfy bed. + tasty good wine in all exclusive menu and a fairly good draft beer. + 1st line beach location with private pier and toad underpass directly to the beach, at the Alanya promenade, which makes excellent location for jogging and walking. tourist shops, cafes, pharmacies, tentals ...in walking distance + well upkept gym and fitness center, included in price. + working wifi on room + wellness with sauna, steam bath and (paid) hammam with profesional staff

    actually, there are only very minor things - the partial sea view is more partial than sea, however there is paid upgrade to full sea view (30/night) - the steam bath was broken for some days of my stay, hower they fixed it -
