Superb

Great!

We've spent a great time there. We want to thank again Gizem and her team for their great attitude, attention and care. Our room was very spacious, clean and with wonderful sea and mountain view. Food was tasty and various. Kids were absolutely delighted with the pool slide, while we could enjoy morning turkish coffee. Beach is 5 minutes away!

Poor

Not relaxing, bad food and drinks, would not recommend.

It was near the beach

Where to begin. It was outdated and the pictures lied. Lets start with the room. I requested a king size bed, but we got two seperate beds that were awful. You could feel the springs of the mattress and we werent even probided proper blankets or even blanket covers just bed covers and quilts. The walls were thin as paper and you could see light through the door, that did not feel very secure. Otherwise the room was ok, but looked a little dirty. The food in the buffet was subpar, tasted like nothing and most of the time you couldnt even see what it was. Especially for someone who has dietary restrictions this was a huge problem. For an all inclusive hotel I thought they would offer at least some cocktails but all we got from the bar was diluted beer, bad wine, and vodka/whiskey/rakia mixed with soda or juice. The drinks included were awful to say the least, after a few of them you really got tired of it. The spa they advertized was not in the same building but instead a 7min walk away, which was odd but ok, I would have liked that this was told beforehand. The spa (at the kaila BEACH hotel was absolutely beautiful and professional). And lastly most nights they played awful music at night at the bar and they played it so loud that we could not sleep in the room that was on the 5th floor, because the doors were so thin. I came for a relaxing holiday, and if i wanted to party and drink poor drinks all day maybe this would be an ok hotel but for relaxarion it was not. Im quite dissapointed to be honest.

Disappointing

While they are young, the daytime front desk staff are excellent. They are eager to help and always offer a smile. (The nighttime desk staff was somewhat rude. The management were sometimes absent.) The beach "owned" by this hotel is good although the one next door is much better.

This hotel has inflated reviews because they ask their staff to come to your room and panhandle for a 10 rating. The staff member said to me "they will fire me if you leave a poor review." I suspect this may be standard practice. As an "all inclusive" hotel they are cutting a lot of corners to get by. Many add'l services are either unavailable or only available for a fee. The buffet has an abundance of options but is only open a limited time and much of it is of mediocre quality. We usually chose to eat in local restaurants rather than eat the free meal. Towel service is unavailable after 5pm; this makes it problematic to swim in the evening. I tried the laundry service and one of my t-shirts was permanently marked as a result. I was refunded only the cost of the wash and not the cost of the shirt. The shirt was not returned to me either. The rooms show signs of age but seemed clean enough. When we first arrived the smell of strong cleaning products was overpowering. We were initially given a room with 1 bed when we'd reserved a room with 2 beds. (This was corrected when we pointed it out.)
