    Great location and value for money
    Location was very good, near everything we needed. The view was lovely and staff were very kind. They had our room ready about 3 hours early. The manager Mimi was very helpful and accommodating.
    This accommodation is very near the beach so insects and dirt in the room is expected however it was uncomfortable at times when the floor in the room was dirty and had ants.

    Would easily stay here again, location is right next to the pier however there is very little noise from the boats on a morning or night. The owner and staff are very friendly and helps you plan your stay if you need it. Free snorkel rental and there is a possibility to rent a bike as well. The bar/restaurant area has a nice little view as well. The room is a nice size and comfortable
    Bathroom door was broken and some of the rooms are located right next to the bar/restaurant area which can lead to conversations seeming as if they are right outside your door; however, this is not a problem when you are wanting to sleep

    Great location to catch the ferry from main port. Property was very modern and had lots of good hang out zones with views of the water. Staff were lovely, very kind and helpful

    Super cute place, loved the common area for chilling with a view of the ocean, right on the beach and very close to the pier, staff were very helpful and kind.
    Unfortunately we didnt end up staying the night because I made the mistake of booking a room without a/c (my bad), the room was too hot for us so we had to seek different accommodations as all their a/c rooms were fully booked. However the staff were totally understanding and kind and did give us a refund. It is worth noting that the bathroom is tiny so not much room to shower and the bed was quite hard, no amenities in the room but a communal fridge and water station is available in the common area. Also the location on the beach is nice but not ideal as the pier is right there so tons of boats and such.

    Great location, not far from pier, friendly staff and clean rooms.
    Great that we could walk out of our room and be 10m from the beach. The staff we very helpful and friendly. Great to watch sunsets from the bar ( which was literally right outside our room- which might have been an issue if there were loads of guests - thankfully was very quiet).
    The bathroom was tiny, very low water pressure (common occurrence in Thailand), and the water smelt from the shower when first turning it on which was a bit off putting ( not sure if the was the drain). Bottom line bathroom needs some money spending on it to make it feel cleaner.

    Ideal for a couple of nights stay, great staff!
    The property location is ideal for anybody wanting to stay in the heart of Koh Tao. Only 5 minutes walk from the pier which is ideal if you have big back packs, and only 30 minutes walk to the popular bars & restaurants which are located next to sairee beach. The staff really accommodated us by giving us an extra fan when asked and even helped us find availability for a room with aircon for our final night.
    Only two rooms out of the whole hotel do not have air conditioning- staff did mention that its a working progress for all rooms to have AC by next summer. The cleanliness of the rooms were moderate as dead mosquitoes were left on the walls after cleaners had been in. With the space that each room has, a small fridge would be ideal to have. It would definitely make the hotel a better standard to have a few complimentary items placed in the room, as well as having tvs etc. Also, be careful with the motorcycle shops. The one that the hotel recommends asks for passports and 7,000 bht deposit which is not needed. Hopefully they can find a better place to partnership with for their guests to hire.

    Perfect for short term stay and best staff ever!
    Everything was great! Simple clean rooms, perfect location for arriving or leaving the island, amazing sunset and the most friendly staff Ive ever met! Definitely come back and stay longer next time.
