    Beautiful new year countdown celebration
    Good view of the Sunway Lagoon park especially for new year countdown. The room cleanliness is up to standard and well maintained.
    The access to pool as the hotel no swimming pool and you had to walk and share with Sunway Lagoon hotel which is quite a distance and also pool is not as great as Sunway resort.

    Breakfast provided by the nearby hotel - excellent Location inside a very large mall Some of the staff that tried to help to change a room because the 1st room was not clean
    Cleanliness of the room - tissues used on the floor of the room Room a bit old ... the led light strip on the curtains dropped down on the floor all rooms smell cigarette the ventilation smells cigarette so all rooms might smell ... and it is not possible to open the windows

    The only good thing about this hotel is the location which directly connected to subway shopping mall which is a bonus for those who are interested in shopping or looking to dine out.
    Unfortunatly the hotel doesn't meat my expectation specially I was traveling with kids and as family traveller. Hotel has no facilities at all such as Spa, Pool , in-house restaurant or a shuttle. basically its about a room rental to stay next to shopping mall. even staff was not friendly and not helpful at all regarding tourist information. and one bad thing about the hotel that some hotel staff work illegally for black market and they in purpose don't help you to make you buy their individually selling tickets. I went during festive season and the rate was not cheap at all comparing to lack of services i experiences. if you are looking for an accommodation with relaxing experience or you are a family with infant and small kids expecting room service then this is not a place to stay.

    The location near a water & adventure park is good for family holidays. Also includes a shopping mall with a variety of food outlets.
    The staff at the reception desk were not very friendly and there is not much information about KL tourist attractions.

    Comfortable and large suburban hotel and resort resort, shopping and water park suitable co families.
    Hotel is connect directly to the shopping centre that has many shops and F&B.
    The restaurant Hai Di Lao located in the lobby of the hotel has performances every night, and this can be quite noisy for hotel guests. Sunway pyramid is pretty isolated from the city centre.

    Near to sunway pyramid & near to a various type of restaurants as no need to order foodpanda or drive to restaurants. The receptionist (Ms Cheryl) was too friendly and able to guide us as well .
    No reserve parkings for sunway pyramid hotel and hard to find for parkings and not safe to park as no cctv
