Sunway Resort Stay Review
Room was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a decent variety of options. Lounge staff were friendly.
Mosquitoes in the room, private indoor villa pool was rather small. Resort lacked logical design planning. No shade from main hotel building to the villa area, which proved itself to be become a problem when there was rainfall. At least they should have provided umbrellas.
Buggee service was quite limited and not available for a significant part of the day. No butler service despite most hotels offering them for customers of villa rooms.

Rooms were spacious, comfortable. Plenty of choices from in room dining for those who don't want to leave their room which includes Gordon Ramsay Street Pizza and burgers from Black Tab. Connected to mall hence all you need is at your fingertips. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Very well equipped gym.

the check-in was very smooth and i was welcomed with smile and jokes with my kids.
the property granted our late checkout which was appreciated.
i liked their concierge personnel they were enjoying to have guests around and smiling all the time.
nothing to deslike but maybe a remark the swimming pool and the park closes early.

Very enjoyable but can still be improved
The outer facade, lobby, Christmas festivity, facilities like the pools and Wonder Explorers was excellent, plus location. Beds and pillows were pretty comfortable, toilets were clean - it looks newly renovated.
Some of our lights didnt work well on 2nd day.. and tv remote was out of battery, but thankfully housekeeping came to fix it. Housekeeping didnt pack our room on night 3. We also had some diarrhea after drinking their jar of water on our last morning :(
