Great stay in this property. The location is great: access to food, shopping and train.

I liked the location a lot! The concierge were very helpful.

The initial room that we booked was a bit too small. So we transferred to a bigger room. So do not book the standard room. Book the bigger rooms for better experience.

Fantastic location right on the top of major train station, very much in the heart of the action. Very large room with great views.

Room and property starting to look a bit dated and show signs of wear and tear, could be cleaner, especially by high-end Japanese hotel standards. Initially a bit difficult to find entry to hotel in large train station.

Great location, modern and clean. A true 5 star experience.

I loved the location, the concierge was exceptional and the hotel was a true 5 star experience.

I was there whilst the earthquake took place and there was lack of communication as to what was happening. It was a very harrowing experience, I was later told the building is designed to withstand earthquakes but the working staff who were on 27th floor with us were just as suprised and unaware of what to do as we were.

Excellent location for eating and shopping

Impressive service. We arrived at the hotel in early morning. Reception offered onsen and sauna services (including in our room rate) to us while we are waiting for entering into the room.

The room is a bit small especially bath room when compared with other hotel at the same grade in Kyoto.

The location was superb as it was located within the Namba station.

Besides the location, the hotel is really old and theres a lot of wear and tear, including the broken hose in the room. Theres also a day where our room was not made up. Definitely not the 5 star ranking that it advertise to be and not the best for value.

Very good

The location is great. It was in the middle of everything there is to visit in Osaka. It is also connected to Namba Station so it eas easy to ride the Rappit train to Kansai International Airport Service was also very good. Staff were very accommodating.

Pillows were too low and soft. Business center was just one small room.
