    Wonderful stay with minor issues
    The room was clean and very well presented. I would very much book a stay again. The staff were attentive and well spoken, and I had a very pleasant stay.
    There were some things, but nothing that ruined my stay. The room phone was faulty, the handset didn't work. There was a smell coming from the bathroom drain. The fascia was coming away at the bottom of the kitchen counter. My room door wouldn't stay closed. I needed to keep it locked.

    It was very clean and the space was bigger than expected. I mainly enjoyed the accessibility to the property as it was close to the highway and in the middle of our activity area

    Located in a quiet area.Very clean and polished.The lady at reception checked on us before we arrived and that was a lovely gesture!
    We had no iron in the room.I would recommend keeping irons in every room.

    Great place to stay, not bad at all
    The pool was clean, room was spacious for our daughter to play. We had a toddler which kept us busy beyond the checkout time and the staff were able to accommodate us while we got her ready
    Checkin could be made simpler especially when a person is paying cash. If im struggling with booking.com and the rate I want to pay is reflecting o my phone, the receptionist should consider doing the booking manually as opposed to making me sit and wait until the booking reflects on her system, meanwhile I have my family in the car after a long 4 hour drive. . Secondly , Please reconsider moving the checkout time to 11.
