Poor

Good room, but be very cautious with your personal belongings

The location is very nice and the rooms very spacious.

An electronic device (a Nintendo 3ds) disappeared from our room while we were out, and the staff told us that they would look into it. We had to leave that day, but we had another 1-night stay planned a few days after, so they told us to ask about it during our second stay. The surprise came when we returned and asked if they found it. Another person was in the reception, and he didn't know anything about it, so we had to start over by describing the console and when it was stolen. I gave them my phone number again and asked them to communicate with us about any news since we wouldn't be returning to the hotel, but we could come if they managed to find it. No communication was sent to my mobile whatsoever after we left the hotel for the second time, so I ended up calling them a week later, and they confirmed that they hadn't found the item. In conclusion, there was very poor communication with the staff, knowing the gravity of the situation. If you decide to stay, don't leave anything of value in the room.

Disappointing

We enjoyed being in Bogota we probably would not book again in this particular hotel.

The location Was excellent Staff at the reception were brilliant and helpful Breakfast was good

The star rating for this property was 4 stars The room we were in was very tired . The WIFI was weak the room The room itself was at best a 2 star rating The bathroom in our room was a 1 - 2 star rating needed a lot of renovating.

Good

The room didnt meet my expectations. Very old furniture. The neighbourhood is loud. Staff was good.

The reception is beautiful. 24 hour staff service is a huge perk and the breakfast was big and tasty. The staff helped me as soon as possible when I had trouble with my safety locker.

The room was not good for a hotel that is rated 4-5 stars. The bathroom was obviously very old and little power in the toilet. The room looked like it had the same decoration as it had in 1990. It was ok but not very good.
