Location was good and hotel very clean breakfast good only complaint was the room was very hot even with the fan on so had a very restful night

Nice hotel, well located in beautiful Regency Town....

NIce check in, very helpful. We had a comfy room, above the coach arch. A good breakfast served in a nice dinning room. For the most part staff were friendly. The Royal Pug across straight across the road (we had a bite eat, as the hotel restaurant, as yet too re-open other than breakfast), also just a couple minutes walk was the Drawing Board...both served good food, were quirky and dog-friendly... Plenty of places to eat and shop, cool museum in the Old Pumproom, great park too... Within easy reach for most of Leamington Spa on foot or taxi

Nice bar, but the barman was, a bit disgruntled. He went out for a while to reception, which is fine. Maybe put a bell on the bar if this is common?

Room was spacious and clean Grear Location

Breakfast was a bit small only one small sausage on the full English ! Also weren't told that there were no restaurant facilities in the evening so that was disappointing

Wonderful hotel, shame about the pub opposite.

The room was wonderful. Spacious, and comfortable.

Only one bottle of water in the room between the two of us, but the worst aspect was that we were right opposite a pub where the friday night revellers went on loudly in the beer garden well into the small hours.
