Highly recommend.

Perfect location for the Expo we were attending. Gorgeous property, very high spec of rooms. Fabulous hosts, we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. Rooms were really terrific, space to eat takeaways in comfort and everything you needed and more was available. The honesty 'bar' has just about anything you may have forgotten too! I travelled with a colleague but as a solo female traveller I would feel very happy staying here.

A luxurious stay with absolutely fantastic hosts Maria and Phill

I had the most wonderful stay here and it started the moment I pulled into the driveway. The gardens and water surrounding the property had an instant welcoming impact and I knew I was in for something special. I was very warmly greeted as soon as I was out of my car by owners Maria and Phill who looked after me from the off, they are lovely! My room was ready early which I wasnt expecting, but really helped me out as I was heading out to a wedding a few miles away at Warwick House which is a short Uber drive down the road. It meant I had time to relax and enjoy everything on offer and get ready without having to wait or later rush around. I stayed in the Delux Suite and it was simply stunning. Every detail has been carefully thought through to ensure you have everything you need and I honestly felt I was being treated to a bit of luxury. Everything in the very spacious room was perfect, spotlessly clean and so comfortable and it was topped off with a gorgeous large wet room bathroom. The room had a Velux balcony looking out to the beautiful gardens and water features. Facilities here are impeccable. Maria and Phill truly know how to make their guests feel welcome, I smiled the whole time I was there and what was supposed to be a simple stay over and bed for the night turned into the most relaxing stay Ive had in any guest house or hotel! I will absolutely be returning for a longer weekend break at the very least, and highly recommend this for anyone wanting to treat themselves or someone special!
