Exceptional

We love and really enjoy the place, room and food. It's a perfect place to stay.

The food was great and delicious. Rooms are modern design, spacious and very clean. Location is just near MTR Wong Chuk Hang station, just 2 station from Admiralty station, very accessible. Hotel staff are friendly and courteous.

Overall it is a present stay and we are satisfied with the hotel.

Location is not far from MTR station. The room size is big comparing with most of the same grade hotels in HK. Guest services are very fast that every time I call and they come to help me or deliver the things I want in a reasonable short time. The front desk also helpful.

Hopefully the room rate can be more flexible for the long stay travelers. They offer long stay with a min. 28 nights while my last stay was 23 nights that I requested a better price but still I couldn't get a cheaper offer.

Exceptional

Quiet and comfy Hotel in a quiet part of HK with amazing views of Aberdeen Harbour

Our family suite was great, really comfy bed and amazing view. The staff were lovely and helpful. The location is outside the centre of HK but it is about an 8 minute walk to the nearest MTR which you can take to straight to Central or Admiralty in 10ish mins or alternatively you can get an Uber to central which will take 15 mins and cost less than 10. The view of Aberdeen harbour from our room was amazing! You can walk along the promenade which is very close and a nice thing to do in the City after a long flight! the hotel is pet friendly and our furry friend loved her stay too!

Would recommend the hotel if visiting Ocean Park as its one MTR station away. The hotel is nicely decorated and spaciou

We booked the 2 bedroom family suite. It is very spacious and value for money.

There isnt much to see or explore around the hotel, mainly offices.

Spacious rooms but furniture and doors far from perfect condition

We booked the family suit for me, my partner and our friend. The suite had 2 separate bedrooms and a common room with a bar/kitchen. It was very spacious and the sea view was great! The beds were enormous and super comfy. The shower was great. Also the facilities such as the pool and the gym made us happy. I really enjoyed swimming and doing some yoga/workouts. The area around the hotel is all warehouses but we didnt mind as it was super easy to get to the city centre by bus or taxi.

This hotel is great, its just I wouldnt give them as many stars as they claim. The staff has no idea what they are doing: they told me theyd take a safety deposit from my card and return it shortly after our departure but nothing was ever taken Also they told us there was no washing machine or a similar service but we found instructions on how to leave our clothes for a wash later in the room. Also the room was all a bit used, if that makes sense. The walls and the tables far from perfect condition - they looked either dirty with skin fat from people touching them or just made out of poor material that makes it all visible. So, overall all good, just not the level theyre trying to be.
