Overall it is rather value for money and we are fine with the stay.
Convenient location just a few mins walk to MTR station. I got a free upgrade as a new customer for which the room view is good. I also like the Louge/Social Area which is very cosy and chill, there is free coffe, tea, soft drinks as well!
Honestly the room is a bit small, I got upgraded to 24sqm room but there isn't any desk and chair. You can only go to the social area to work if needed.

convenient location - you can get anywhere in hongkong easily, very friendly staff, clean, you can play pool in the lobby, free tea and coffee
i was surprised to pay refundable deposit 3000hkd per room when check in, the cleaning lady turned on ac in our room when we left it off and went out and it was super cold, the breakfast was order only - no buffer

A clean, modern, extremely noisy room
Modern, simple, clean room with a big bathroom, also Apple TV & Netflix.
People working in the hotel reception were professionals with good attitude.
Hotel has been built in an old industrial house with thin walls to corridor and without sound isolation.
Air conditioning machines on the ceiling were also without any sound isolation and extremely noisy.
No minibar refilling (even water)

The buttons in the elevator are arranged in a trendy (ie, not normal) layout and the trendy lighting (ie, not much of it) doesnt permit reading the floor numbers.
There is an L floor which as far as I could tell is the first (US 2nd) floor. L in a hotel normally means lobby so its confusing. Would be nice to know what the L floor was about. Suspect breakfast was there but dont know. The elevator kept stopping at a hotel laundry floor. Not sure why
