    great location at the beachfront plenty of restaurants near and the staff were very helpful and nice can't fault this place at all also great having the pool

    they tried to fix any problems I had, such as fridge not working They brought food to my room when I twisted my ankle
    really really slow internet; lots of crashes with internet fridge didnt work mould on bathroom ceiling

    Location was great and so was the view
    The price of this hotel doesn't not reflect the experience. Hot shower didn't work and the staff we not well trained. It's a basic hotel charging 85US for a family room. Room was comfortable but for the price I was expecting more.

    No wifi in the room, asked 4 times to fix it, staff just laugh about it and tell us maybe we don't know how to connect our phone to wifi. Breakfast very poor, I order bakery and spread, they were no bakery as mentioned in the menu, just few pieces of dry bread. Aircon in the room very noisy, asked to be fixed, they said yes but never in the room to check. I asked to pay my f&b bill the night before I leave cause I was going at 6am and want to settle this before. The staff just refused strictly saying it is not possible... Very great location but hotel facilities, staff training and services, very poor and disappointing. Clearly not value the price they ask for the room. Does this place have a manager?

    Need to improve hospitality/friendliness of the staff. Need to change the refrigerator as it is very old and smell not good. Need to add pillow and towels per number of guests. We were provided 2 pillows and 2 towels only but we are 3 in the room.
