Location

The windows are not sound proof. The music is loud since early morning till 10 -11 PM which means you cannot have good sleep

Disappointing

location

First room smelt terrible. We said this to the staff who said they didn't smell it. Then we opened all the doors etc to try and remove smell. Still stunk. Asked to move rooms to which we were told they only had one other which was next door and smelt too. They told us they were fully booked so no other options. Only when we threatened to complain did they show us several other rooms. Only one other room didn't smell. To be fair, it was a larger room and they upgraded free of charge, but was very stressful.

Superb

Great location, close to mini mart, bangla Rd, and easy to book activities. The beach is right outside the hotel. The wifi was good, but the TV struggled with my chrome cast. The bed was big and comfortable.

There is a $1000 baht bond, which is ok, just annoyed I didn't know beforehand.
