Friendly staff, perfect location for our needs and exceptionally clean.

Such lovely receptionists both in the evening and in the morning. Very happy and friendly.

Mattress a little thin but stayed previously in a different room and the mattress was really comfy.

Wonderful welcome on arrival. Receptionist was lovely. Room exceeded expectation. Clean, comfy bed. Evening meal was delicious. Big shout out to Jess for making our evening special.

It was the first time stay for us and we were very pleased with our time there.

The cleanliness of our room and everywhere else. The quality of Breakfast and the helpfulness and good nature of all the staff.

The fit of the bedroom windows in their frames. There was a gap of approximately half an inch which allowed any draughts or insects to enter the room. We understand that the rooms are being refurbished so that maybe put right in the near future. Only a small problem and it did not spoil our stay.

Perfect break to visit family in the area

Room was warm and very comfortable. Food was hot and delicious with a good menu for dinner. Breakfast was self service but everything was very hot and plentiful and members of staff were on hand to help at all times.

Lovely staff, very welcoming. Room was nice , maybe time for a little refresh but no issues with anything. Heating wasnt working whilst we we there due to updating the Air Con but a small radiator kept us warm.

Bath could be a bit bigger but it is what it is.
