Wondeful hotel, with amazing friendly staff and delicious food!

Absolutely lovely hotel! Our room was decorated beautifully, with everything we could need. Brilliant view of the sea and the pier from our window! The staff were friendly and very efficient. Our breakfast was delicious and kept us full for hours! We really didnt want to leave!

Didn't have no draft lager and they didn't do me breakfast I offered to pay for the breakfast but they wouldn't do me anything said I didn't booked and wouldn't do breakfast for me I would like my money back

Lovely greeting on arrival. We were early to check in, but were told we could go straight to our room. Which was basic but clean.

Discovered the window wasn't sealed or able to be closed correctly. Therefore there was a constant draft and on a night of a very windy storm we had a constant whistling through the room.

Friendly,comfortable was a return visit and will go again

Rooms are well equipped good size shower with two types of shower heads. Room has radiator which you can adjust yourself, great for drying out after rain storms. Bed comfortable. Tea and coffee in rooms. Breakfast was excellent, cereal, fruit juices and yoghurts and a large English breakfast or choose from list also of your favourites also given choice of how you want eggs cooked.All cooked fresh. Staff friendly and they have a lift. Also some free parking at back of hotel

Pillow was a little hard unusual as they are good quality pillows maybe need a larger pillow case. Front door locked at 11am so need to go round back as door open till 1pm

Disappointing

Could do better.

Its a very friendly hotel that sadly needs some repairs urgently. The furniture is not too bad but there is evidence of collapsing floors ceilings and walls.

The poor condition of the building, the cleaning left a lot to be desired and the poor paintwork everywhere.That said the dining room was bright cheerful and well set out. The only thing was our neighbours were very drunk and loud, reappeared at around 2am and kept up the high jinx. No one asked them to take it down a notch, bearingbin mind it was 1/1/24

Very noisy when anyone is moving around hotel , room needs decorating and updating, electrical socket was loose which is dangerous I did report to be told they know and are waiting for an electrician maybe a warning as children are using rooms
