    Too much price, too little value

    Aircon did not work Too small for room - had to move to another room, and this aircon started beeping at 2am. Bar fridge did not cool. Room looked nothing like the photos. Furniture was dated and bathroom cramped.

    Variety in terms of breakfast is way too limited.
    There was a guest who was smoking marijuana in one of the rooms and i had expected such to have been managed.

    Friendly staff, but poor monitoring of noisy guests and activity makes the stay feel like the slums
    Friendly and happy staff.
    Noisey guests, that were running, shouting and knocking on doors past midnight, without any staff monitoring and correcting the situation. One evening, 3 guests only had their shorts / boxes on and were sitting in the hallway talking loudly. There was also a day that maintenence staff in the room next to me was hammering, drilling, angle-grinding for such a long time that I took my things and left to another location as I couldn't do any work. If they had informed me, I would have made arrangements for my calls and meetings to be done elsewhere upfront.

    Prime location, walking distance to the mall
    The lake nearby needs attention from Tswane municipality, otherwise it brings bad image and unpleasant order to the hotel
