Amazing service

The room with the whole window was beautiful and nice marble toilet. The best is the hotel service the staff it is extremely helpful. Especially Tsang! She gave us an amazing support

It was a bit outdated, need a bit of refurbishment, the flooring is not anymore shiny and the walls around the hotel need a repaint

Luxurious stay in Central Hanoi

1. Location 2. Rooms were nice & spacious but a little worn out - especially the suite rooms 3. Lovely bathrooms

1. Had to pay 30% room tariff for early check-in (at 9 AM) 2. Breakfast had most most of the dishes empty when I was there; had requested for an omelet which never came 3. No sports channel on the TV 4. Was asked to pay a deposit - which was strange for me (I didn't pay)
