    On the seafront in Mumbles, with spectacular sea views of Swansea Bay, this small, charming, family-run guest house prides itself on its comfortable accommodation and tasty breakfasts. Free WiFi acce (Read More)ss throughout is available. The Coast House has just 7 rooms, guaranteeing its guests friendly, attentive, individual service and a quiet, relaxing break. Rooms are either en suite or have a private bathroom and most of the rooms have good sea views. Each room has a hairdryer, fluffy towels, complimentary tea/coffee making facilities and a TV with Freeview digital channels. The price includes a selection of hot breakfast options, cereal and juices, fresh fruit and yoghurt. As it is only a small guest house, the Coast House cannot provide 24-hour check-ins. Guests should provide their arrival time in advance, in order to ensure that they can be checked-in. The Coast House is a family-run guest house with over 40 years experience of looking after guests.

    Cosy little guesthouse Close to the sea
    Wonderful Msli for breakfast.Very comfortable bed. Very nice and helpful owner. Beautiful walks along the coast closeby.
    The View to the sea was over a street and a parking place There was some noise from the street but the Windows were quite good.

    Parking can be an issue - if you don't find free parking can be expensive

    Fabulous , sea front b and b with great breakfast . Lovely and warm , clean and great hosts .
    Fantastic view from the bedroom and breakfast room . The Coast House is run efficiently and the managers are very friendly and helpful . The bathroom and tea tray were all tip top and lovely crisp linen and towels . The breakfast was cooked hot and fresh and to a high standard , very tasty . Highly recommend, we will be back : ) Like the freedom to collect the keys at a time that suits you via a key code safe .
    Maybe a topper on the mattress , found it a little uncomfortable.

    Great location, view, and yummeee breakfast.
    Breakfast was included and it sure was a great breakfast that also catered for all different tastes. The dining area were looking out on the beach The rooms were like in the pictures, gorgeous and cumfy and earthing you needed was there. The location was even better than we could have hoped for.
    Parking was a bit of an issue and we had to park in local car park and we had to pay for long stay.
