    Friendly helpful staff, good decor, decent food and drink, central location, popular spot, great breakfast selection
    John Lennon room small compared to others, electric blind not working correctly, noisy air conditioning but it was switched off from 10pm to 7am, glitchy TV crashing using apps had to reset it by switching off at wall

    Fabulous staff, great food.
    Really friendly, helpful staff, nicely decorated rooms, good atmosphere, great menu and breakfast and great location. Paid parking out the back.
    No sound proofing in the rooms. Not a problem as our neighbours were quiet but could see it might be a problem if they weren't.

    A small, noisy, expensive room in a great location.
    Great location
    No parking, the room was very small, with minimal light.The rooms are very close to each other with minimal sound proofing, which is not great when the room next door decides to have a gathering at 1:00 in the morning.

    The Crown Vegan breakfast was absolutely amazing, it was full of flavour and nutritious to boot. I recommend it to friends staying nearby.
    The room was a little tight as I'd booked a double I thought it would be a more spacious but it was very clean, and updated room so it wasn't an issue.

    Nice people, strange breakfast, dangerous in case of a fire.
    Location was good, the room and bathroom were fine. The tapas evening meal was excellent.
    Breakfast was rather odd. There was no choice of bread, simply a very hard sourdough. There was no continental offer and there was no marmalade. The tea came in a mug with a tea bag. It was inelegant to say the least. The biggest problem was fire safety. The room was above the kitchen and the only escape was past the said kitchen. The windows were not possible to open and in the event of a fire we would not have been able to escape. This aspect of safety needs addressing.

    Little attention to details, my room smelt quite strong of paint, the bathroom cleanliness needs a little bit of attention,a small pamphlet welcoming you to the hotel and attractions would have been nice, but my view from my bed ,made up for it all
