    Good value and comfortable seaside hotel
    Great central location on Eastbourne seafront. Good-value, clean and comfortable room. Options for bar & restaurant during the day. Friendly and helpful staff.
    Some of the decor is dated.

    Lovely caring reception. Focused on what you are saying, great customer service, very friendly ask what you would like to do. Took an interest in my visit. Only complaint food over cooked and cold!! 9/10

    Good location but otherwise, facilities, comfort and a quiet stay was not included!
    It was in a good location for what I needed to do the following day.
    The bed was badly dipped in the middle, the radiator was on full blast no matter what setting I turned it to so I had to sleep with the window open and the room next door was extremely noisy, especially when they got back after midnight which woke me up. Overall, I had a terrible night's sleep.

    Lovely comfortable stay.
    Friendly helpful staff, tried to meet dietary requirements even at short notice.
    The lift is tiny for wheelchairs, and mine only just fit, and the path leading into the entrance of of hotel needs to be clear of leaves and rubbish. They get caught in wheels!

    Almost home from home in a friendly atmosphere.
    Everything. Staff are brilliant, polite, helpful and caring. Rooms and facilities are perfect. The entertainment provided was very good. Food is also great value. Food is served all day so there is always something available. The bar is well stocked and priced reasonably. My favourite place to stay in Eastbourne.

    A good place to stay to get some sea air. The proximity to the bandstand (opposite), a bonus or not.
    Great location. Opposite the sea. My room had a sea view. 5 mins to train, shops, theatres etc. Very comfortable bed.
    Furnishings a bit jaded.

    Paid for a room with a bath , didnt get a bath and the shower I did have was falling off the wall so much so that I had to hold the shower head in one hand and wash myself with the other hand
