Really enjoyed our stay, lovely staff and great view.

Lovely room with sea view. Lovely staff. Enjoyed the complimentary Maltesers and the breakfast bags, really nice touch.

Hot water took a little while in the shower but that's to be expected in an old house

Lovely, friendly seaside hotel!

Super location, lovely sea views, really friendly and knowledgable staff. Family rooms were more like suites with a separate room within the room. Comfy beds and pillows with complimentary chocolates and sweets!

One of the bathrooms (out of the 3 rooms we had) needed some updating but still perfectly useable.

Perfect warm, friendly stay for a show at the theatre or winter gardens

Great seafront location close to Winter Gardens where our event was. Lovely and warm on a cold wet and windy weekend. Great friendly service, staff could Not have been more helpful. Nice touches of a morning snack bag and treats available in ten lobby whenever you wanted.
