    A decent hotel for a fair price.
    Good value for money and the room was well equipped.
    The quilt and pillows were very old and could have been better. No decaf coffee in the room.

    Fabulous!
    The room was fantastic! I requested the updated/modern room and this is what I received. The furnishings were brilliant, and I loved the little touches of the tea/coffee. Great location due to it being central barrow, and easy enough to find.
    The bed was really hard :'( did not sleep well at all! If the bed was more comfy I'd of slept like a baby and wouldn't of rushed out the hotel to come home.

    The Duke is the ideal place to stay on a business trip to Barrow.
    The Duke is an impressive Victorian building, recently refurbished, in a central location. My room was large, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was excellent.
