    Stayed in the Ebor suites from Friday - Sunday this weekend. We was a family of 5 so stayed in the 3 bedroom house. House is absolutely stunning, very modern, clean, spacious property. X2 double rooms and x1 single room which was perfect as myself and my husband had the double room adjacent to the single room with an en suite In the middle. Parents had their own room with their own on suites. Home was lovely and warm throughout. Very clean (spotless even). Beds were the best Ive ever slept in I want to know what matress it is! Very local to the town centre and plenty of shops around for convenience. Only downside is the parking, is does state very clearly that the 2 spaces arent necessarily yours, however, the streets located around including lower ebor street which says on the welcome letter is free parking, are all permits only. We had to park on a car park 15 minute walk away. Free between 6pm - 8am but cost us 35 each per car for the whole of Saturday day! Very pricy. We found that street home owners used the drive to the house. Other than this I cant fault it. Would deffo come back if the parking was resolved.

    The property was well equipped and clean. There were good facilities in place.
    It was cold! When we arrived there was no heating on. When we enquired a plumber was sent who said that the owner has set the heating times. It didnt come on until 930. We spent so long trying to sort it out we couldnt go out. It didnt come on the next morning or the next night until 930. For a stay at the end of November this is not acceptable. It really spoilt our weekend away. I havent hear from the agent or the owners since despite sending an email. There should also be more instructions on how to use things like the TV and the heating. The focus was on the hot tub which was lovely but not when youre getting out to a cold house.

    Amazing
    Brilliant location and the place was homley everything you needed in it, very trendy, clean just what we needed for our weekend away. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, the place was amazing.
    Nothing the place was amazing wanted to move in loved the decor, the hot tub was relaxing after a long day, the beds was comfy anyone travelling with friends or family its ideal. Definitely stay there again.

    The 3 bedroom suite was fantastic,it had everything you would want, hot tub amazing, close to centre for restaurants bars and all attractions,banners and balloons were put up for our arrival for my partners birthday surprise he was made up, thank you so much

    Location was excellent. Very clean, spacious and all the facilities that you require.
    That you couldnt enter the property until 4pm, feels very late when you have to be out by 10am on day of departure.

    We loved the property and our visit, will definitely like to go back.
    We loved the area of the house and it only took 5mins to walk to the centre. Lots of good local shops almost on the doorstep.
    We were a party of 3 females that needed 3 beds but there was only 2 doubles, we made do and turned out ok.
