    Nothing, I was left out in the cold and there was no staff inside or anyway of getting in, the lady on the phone was rude and blamed booking.com for leaving me out in the cold. I would not recommend this place ever

    A little disappointed
    The room was clean. The bed was a bit low, but it was comfortable with enough pillows. The bathroom was small and cosy, but there was no heating in there.
    We never saw a member of staff. Booking in was all via an email/text message. There were 20 rooms in the hotel, which I think were unoccupied but we got room 9. This room is above the pub area, which is only open when there is a function on, and on Saturday night there was a function so heard the disco and the karaoke. There is no information letting you know whether there is a function on or not so you do not know when the bar/restaurant is open and there is nothing local. There was no room beverage top-up.

    Very Decent!!!. Excellent staff and Customer Service
    This embassy provided a very welcoming temporary space/accommodation for my brother who is grad student at the University of Hull. The staff are very warm and caring. The breakfast is very decent. Feels like home away from home.

    Overpriced for a 2 star hotel-we paid 68 for a Saturday night.
    The breakfast was lovely, I had eggs benedict and my parter had a bacon sandwich. I had a party here too and the staff were so accommodating and polite.
    The bed was dusty, the bathroom stunk and just wasn't very nice. The bathroom was poorly done and felt very much like a swimming baths with the dirt etc. The skirting boards were also marked which could be easily fixed with some paint.

    Stayed here as attended function at same place.
    Plaster was peeling off wall behind TV. Bathroom sink stained off dripping water. Maybe more coffee, sugar in room. Very basic but this reflects in price paid.
