Great location made by blue skies but marred by unavailability of key downtime

Great location

I booked the hotel specifically for additional space eg a bar, lounge but this area was out of use due to a leak. This was very frustrating and I do think the hotel should have offered compensation as it does significantly impact the facilities available and what the hotel was selected for.

Fantastic boutique hotel in a great location. Excellent service from friendly, helpful, attentive staff.

The location was perfect, 200m to old town square & Christmas Market. Attentive friendly staff - especially Josef from concierge.

Living area a bit dark in the room, unable to adjust heating (it worked well but couldnt made it cooler) - doona too small for bed, barely covered 2 of us.

A beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Prague.

The Emblem is steps from the old town square and Charles Bridge, but it is surprisingly quiet. The staff is enormously helpful and kind. The rooms are immaculate, comfy and well-appointed. I will definitely be back.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.
