    Superb
    Perfect location and cozy room
Room is so clean. Perfect for solo traveler. Breakfast is superb! Dinner is also good! Location is great too. Staff let me borrow their charger which is really nice.
Its too noisy where my room is situated, I can hear the people walking and talking, and the door slamming too much. Staff are generally ok but some of them can be more hospitable specially for solo foreign traveler. I didnt feel as welcome as how they are to English guest.

    Pleasant
A value for money pub in Bronte country.
A very good selection of the local Timothy Taylor ales in the bar. Bar food good (made more so by a friendly and helpful student waitress)- the breakfast especially so. The stand alone shower (requested) was first class in a warm en-suite.
The description of the room on Booking.com is misleading. 269sqft it certainly isn't (probably169sqft), and to describe a small cushioned bench against one wall as a 'seating area' is disingenuous. Parking, at 4.50 for 24hrs certainly is not expensive, but the car park is up a very steep cobbled street - fine for the young and fit, but a struggle for this elderly guest. The station, 450yds away is not 'public transport' but a station on the famous Keighly and Worth Valley steam line. The nearest BR station (Keighly) is a 12 minute taxi ride away. The bed (or floor) slopes.

The room was lovely, very helpful on arrival.
The noise from the bar was terrible. Very noisy. The room was cold and took a while to heat up.

    Passable
    Unfriendly and unapproachable staff
The room, the view, the food and the location were great. Clean, good quality bedding and all facilities were in good working order. The bathroom was lovely and the decor very pleasant.
The staff. They treated us like we were a bit of a nuisance to them. Kept telling us where we could and couldn't sit in the bar, giving us incorrect information and then 'telling us off' when we subsequently got things wrong! But more than anything else it was their unfriendly, unwelcoming attitude.

    Very good
    Great location, lovely and clean
The location was perfect for exploring Haworth and also for public transport links to neighbouring villages. The staff very friendly and very helpful.
The rooms are not sound proof. I.e. we could hear the dryer going all day. And the dog barking in the room next door. Also conversations from the neighbouring rooms really clearly. The Fleece Inn provides ear plugs to mitigate the noise. It's just an old building, so they're doing their best to make everyone comfortable.
