I would not recommend this hotel to those who value cleanliness and prompt service.

The breakfast at the hotel was good, although it wasn't buffet-style and had to be ordered. However, the staff took a long time to respond to orders. The quality of the breakfast itself was good. On the other hand, the location of the hotel was not ideal. It was situated in front of a farm, and the front view was very dirty. Additionally, there was constant fire being made in the field, which was not pleasant.

The room we were assigned did not match the photos on the booking website; it appeared to have been heavily edited. Upon arrival, the room was dirty, with chipped paint and leaks. We attempted to cancel the room, but unfortunately, the booking customer service sided with the hotel. Despite explaining that the hotel's appearance was different from what was portrayed, We were still charged a penalty amounting to nearly 1/3 of the total cost by the booking platform when we requested to cancel our room. Finally, the reception staff changed and upgraded our room( without asking us for the difference). The staff genuinely tried their best to make the customers happy. Nevertheless, the overall quality of the hotel and the promptness of their service were not up to par and It was situated in front of a farm, and the front view was very dirty. Additionally, there was constant fire being made in the field, which was not pleasant. Despite the staff's efforts, the hotel fell short of our expectations.

Amazing view from our garden villa! Spot on clean everyday, the staff is amazing! Friendly and very helpful! Possible to park with scooter. Fantastic relaxing stay in this hotel We loved how breakfast is managed, a la cart with many options to choose from! Delicious too!

The best hotel Ive ever been to! I also recommend the morning yoga!

The service is amazing! Even though the breakfast was ala carte and not buffet, its still good!

Amazing vacation!

We had the villa with pool. Amazing bathroom and little garden! The staff cleaned our room twice a day. Very romantic setting. Loved the restaurant and super friendly staff. Food was amazing! Breakfast is la carte (so not a buffet), which was also amazing (you get to choose 2 sets/meals per person including drinks, which is enough if you ask me. We got a free afternoon tea (you can choose hot or cold) with a sandwich and some pastries. We had it brought to our villa. It was amazing.
