Very good

Staff very friendly and welcoming also made sure I got food and ordered for me if I needed anything they where welcome to get it for me

In room 2 the mattress on the left nearest the plug socket is over used and could do with swapping over or needs a new one you can tell which bed gets used mostly as feels like there's not much support ( but still slept OK on the mattress )

The room was just what I required in the ideal location for my needs

The room was very clean with the required facilities and the use of a kitchen. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property was in the ideal location for access to my workplace.

Disappointing

Clean room, adequate for work but expensive for what and where it is.

The room has had a recent overhaul so it was all bright, clean and fresh.

Location is not the best, for it's transport links or the local neighbourhood. Carpark was very dark, ground is unlevel and dangerous. I did not feel safe being in or around the car park after dark, drug use was also evident. Towels in the room were very thin, very cheap and pretty pointless when trying to dry yourself. The rooms is located above a bar, no problem with this and being a Monday night there was little noise etc. There are just 5-6 rooms off a single long corridor and ehile my room had en-suite I am guessing the other rooms did not as there was constant noise of people outside the door.

The staff went above and beyond the room was excellent really clean and tidy. Has a contractor it was really nice, and free parking

Very good

Great for a work trip.

The accomodation was very well setup for people visiting the area for work. Easy parking, good kitchen and shower facilities. Pretty basic but that's all you need for a work trip. Convenient for central Scunthorpe if you wanted to go to any local pubs/shops.

This is next to quite a noisy road, it didn't bother me but might be something to consider if that would bother you.
