    Everything was good so pleasant. Staff amazing breakfast excellent rooms very clean bed very comfortable.
    The only things I would mention which could be improved are - the pool is freezing impossible to swim in it which is a shame. Would be good to warm the water in the pool so customers can swim. - the hotel didnt have cars or taxi facility to provide we had to rely on Grab application as the only option all the time and we couldnt find grab for family of 6 and the hotel is far from everything so difficult to find taxi by ourselves

    Stayed here for 2 nights.The bed wasnt comfortable.Its cost me back and neck pain.The teens who stayed across smoked weed!!! The wall was so thin.I heard people all night.Wouldnt stay here ever again. Friendly staff and nice coffee and bar. Everything look good until you woke up in the morning and realized the bed was so soft and uncomfortable!!
