    Never cleaned or clean towels in 6 days , even the bins on the balcony . The toilet broke , lack of general maintenance to the property. The fan was old and did not cool the room.

    The wide, comfy bed with full length, thick curtains. Really chilled but not boring vibe. Hammocks, free water, beautiful garden. Really nice staff. Great location to walk to the beaches and walking street but nice and quiet if you want to get an early night. Plus there are cat cuddles if you want them (my fav is the ginger cat :))
    That I couldn't stay an extra night! ;)

    The bathroom is very big and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful
    Wifi didnt work very good. Even though the mosquito net was very helpful, all the room is open so there is a lot of mosquitos and cockroaches.

    Budget friendly spot at sunrise beach
    Good location near sunrise beach. The staff were really friendly and gave us plenty of recommendations. Nice chill vibe from the place.
    We stayed in the dorm room and the walls were thin, we were woken up by the staff in the kitchen area at 7ish most mornings. 2 of the days the rooms werent cleaned at all. If I was staying again I would stay in the bungalows.

    Good social vibe but not for the squeamish
    The location was quite nice, close enough to both the beach and the walking street. Free drinking water was provided. The social vibe in the evenings was nice.
    The bungalows werent cleaned while there. I understood it was going to be rustic but twice I saw a rat in the bathroom and only on the last night I noticed there was actual rat poop on the ground. Once I realized what it was I thought back to when I sweeped off something black of the bed, which looked very similar. Im sure if a cleaner had come once during my stay this would have been noticed and cleaned. The shower was cold so I didnt take long showers anyway, but the thought of it on my feet isnt great. Luckily the local cat slept with me in the bungalow some nights, which gave me some peace of mind.

    We stayed at the hideaway for 1 week and it was a perfect base for us to explore Koh Lipe, the staff were so friendly helpful and welcoming. Would recommend

    nice, authentic stay. Would stay there again!
    it was really nice. The whole property was clean and really authentic. The staff was nice, water was for free:-) It was closer to the beach than expected and the breakfast was tasty. Especially for the cheaper price it was really nice!
    The walls were thin, so you could hear the neighbors a little bit but it didnt bother us that much since we brought our earplugs.
