    For a short two night stay the bedroom was warm and comfortable but wouldn't stay there again.
    Room was comfortable, clean and warm and in a very good location close to the town centre.
    For the price we paid thought breakfast should be included but it wasn't. In the room brochure breakfast was advertised from 8.00 to 11.00 but told it would start at 10.00 which was late. When we went down just before 10.00 no one was in the kitchen and couldn't see anything being prepared so we went out for breakfast and had to leave before 10.00 on the second day and couldn't find anyone to speak to so left the key with the cleaner.

    Very stinky room.
    The room is decorated nicely. Clean and well presented. All that you could need for a visit to Ely.
    The room stank of the drains, not quite sewage but was extremely unpleasant. They probably need to have the drains looked at. Our room was by the stairs so was a little noisy.

    Comfortable, convenient, and courteous.
    Very centrally located with off street parking. The restaurant and pub were both outstanding. Francisco went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely wonderful. We will be back!
    I have nothing bad to report at all.

    Really lovely stay and excellent staff service. Breakfast needs to be earlier than 10am!
    Property was superb as well as the staff. Restaurant was very nice and the service was excellent.
    Wi-Fi kept cutting out in my room & the breakfast is served 10am to 12pm which isn't good for working people.

    Ok for what we needed
    Location to town centre
    No heating in en suite, Shower cubicle had no tray/shelf to put shampoo etc on. Curtains in bedroom could be longer and thicker to stop street lighting , ,lighting up the room all night. Also mentioned in description of room it stated wine / champagne for guests..? This we never got and manager knew nothing about it.

    Manager gave us a great welcome. The room was modern, well maintained and clean, so very happy. Evening meal was good with an extensive menu. Loved the breakfast. If I'm staying or visiting Ely, I would return. Thought the decor in the restaurant, bar and tea room all very cool. Well done the High Flyer you are doing a great job. Thanks.
