    Great standard hotel, very clean, and location, location, location. For the price you cant disappoint.
    Location, location, location
    In a two bedroom room there was only one chair, and no lights near the closet, mirror and refrigerator area.

    Room and bathroom were spacious and updated.
    Website said room was 184.00 . With taxes we were charged $400. When I called I was just told was wrong even though I was looking at website. Told that price was for a different room. Website said room had view of Morro Rock. It did not.

    We enjoyed our stay at the landing! A little bit later on the fire pit would be a suggestion.
    Location And view and cleanliness. The fire pit was very good for a number of people that we wanted to gather together.

    Very disappointed and extremely poor value for money.
    Good view.
    Pretty much everything. Staff were not helpful. No dining area-coffee served through a window at reception. Very poor security for the ground floor rooms. No solid walls, just glass panels. Guests reverse parking cars up to the room and then getting exhaust fumes in the room. Noisy and ineffective air conditioning. Asked for an accessible room and didn't get one. Claimed they weren't aware of the request. Stayed in Morro Bay many times and this was the worst place I've stayed in.
