Perfect location (neighbourhood, tube, Kensington Gardens,) very tastefully furnished; nice bathroom; the overall experience was very good!

We really missed the possibility to hang up our coats in the room. Instead of a fairly large fridge and glasses, the second half of the wardrobe would be useful as a wardrobe. For three days with luggage we would choose the larger room category next time.

Very good

Great location, ask for a room in upper level and not facing the street since theres traffic noice.

The location and ala carte breakfast were outstanding.

We were first shown to a smelly creepy dungeon in the basement, but the staff fixed it when asked and we got a nice room facing inner court. The walls are thin so you need earplugs.
