    Great location in the centre of town Breakfast very good, a good choice, lovely coffee

    The hotel location is excellent, I was upgraded to apartment, thx god, since the hotel rooms are not suitable for hospitality at all, the apartment was excellent, booking the apartments is the only recommendation for that hotel except for the elevator which was out of service most of the time .

    Super friendly staff. The breakfast was nice. The room was clean.
    The hair dryer cord was wrapped around it and hang it up on the wall in a weird way, meaning that when you took it, it would turn on. The bed can be better.

    Great location, outdated facility.
    The location of this hotel is great. Close to everything you need to see in Lisbon. Staff were friendly. Luis and Carina were very helpful. We appreciated their help. Breakfast room staff were very friendly and helpful as well.
    This hotel is old and needs some basic renovations such as a new carpet in the rooms and hallways. Carpets were dirty and old. floors squeaked. Air condition system was not working properly as the room was very humid and stuffy. Not much room for big suitcases. Only 4 hangers for your clothes with not much room to hang anything. Room doesn't come with an Iron for your clothes. We asked and the hotel staff brought us an Iron with a iron board. For a hotel that is called "Lift" hotel, the elevator is really small and it can only hold 2 people .

    Location great and staff excellent.
    We had a room with a balcony which was on the top floor Level 5). The bed was positioned in front of the double doors to.the balcony - which was lovely. However, given it was on the top floor, the ceiling was full of low beams! We couldn't stand up! You had to be careful not to.bump your head coming out of the bathroom, getting clothes from your suitcase and getting out of one side of the bed. An awkward room. No real place to put your suitcase. Also, the bathroom didn't have ventilation, so fogged up for ages.

    It's in a good location but that's kind of it. Really nothing else to add
    The rooms are dirty and small, the furniture is breaking apart. Every movement in the room makes a noise and you hear the outside street very loudly. Really the pictures are misleading

    If you want a clean, safe, and centrally located hotel, then you can't go wrong with this property.
    Perfect location to explore Lisbon. Close to all majr transportation modes. I would recommend buying 24 hour ticet from the near-by Metro. Tons of eating options in the area. Easy to catch train from Aeroport if required. Very clean facilities. Awesome breakfast! We arrived at 0900 in the morning and they allowed us to check in room early.
    Elevator very small, but walking steps was not issue.
