    The westerner guesthouse in Lisbon. Cosy and warm.
    Location appropriate for my needs. Parking and good access. Surrounding places to eat. Clean. Good panty and living room. Helpful staff from 9 to 5.
    First floor. But no problem really.

    Nice stay but for this money overestimated
    The room was new and the bed so comfy. The staff was really friendly and willing to help us and the parking was very helpful.
    The room I was expecting it bigger and in the night was a bit cold. The linen in the bed was dirty with a yellow color like a stamp...for the money we payed I was expected something better to expensive for the area and this room.

    I couldn't get any reception staff the whole time I was there. The room smelt terrible. They had used some air fresheners that were way too strong, and highly chemical. The sheets smelt the worst and it was intoxicating.

    The rooms are well appointed, the full kitchen and dining area was super handy, and the lounge area is a stylish, restful hang-out area. The range of tv and movie options (Netflix?) available in our rooms was well appreciated, as was the welcome pack of coffee, water and a bottle of wine. The staff were friendly and helpful - a lifesaver when we needed to store our luggage after check-out! Comtesse Lisbonne Guest House is a short walk to a couple of supermarkets, some good restaurants and the metro, where a Bolt ride to Belem or Chiado is also fairly reasonable if there are a few or more of you.

    The bathrooms were compact. This wasn't a problem in itself, but one of the rooms had a small free-standing towel holder instead of a wall-mounted towel rail (which would have been preferred).

    Safe neighborhood. Coffee shops and restaurants were all nearby. Overall we enjoyed the stay.
    Coffee pod were only offered for the first night. Were able to purchase more from a corner store though.

    Carpet was not in great shape, smelled like cigarettes. I hopped in the shower, turned on the water, had hot water for maybe 2-3 minutes while I washed my hair then it was ICE COLD. I had to finish washing up with a rag in the sink. Really not a great experience. Only good thing is it was close to the airport. Couldnt wait to get out of there
